Jim receives the equivalent of 10% of John’s gross commissions paid by EXIT International (it does not come from John). So if John closes on a $10,000. gross commission transaction, Jim receives $955. ($10% of $10,000. or $1,000. less $45. transaction fee) as soon as the transaction closes. If John recruits an agent in, JOHN receives the 10%; Jim receives nothing. This is one level, simple, direct, guaranteed. The 10% does not come from the recruited agent. Agents can be recruited into your own office or in any EXIT office in North America! These sponsoring bonuses go on after an EXIT agent retires at the rate of 7% and to beneficiaries at the rate of 5%. In addition, EXIT agents can continue to recruit after retirement!
